Thanks for sharing the article. I did learn something different today. I do believe in what you are saying. Machines are getting close to humans. But at the same time, it does have practical use cases and we could leverage the power of odour data in the future.

Yeah it is scary that how machines are catching up to what was considered that only humans could do. I hope there doesn’t come a day where they replace actual human beings with sentient machines like in the movies, just kidding. There’s a ton of stuff that can and will be done using this technology and I’m feeling positive about it🤞

I think the movie “Transcendence” portrays what can be the future. Collective consciousness is something we all have watched in movies. But, looking at the way chimps are now being implanted with chips that teach them how to play ping-pong, it seems to be coming true!

Maybe in a decade, we’d be discussing the same thing on this forum by just thinking about it XD
