  • Issue with Studio login

    This is been my pressing issue since more than 5 days now… I tried to uninstall, modify restart the studio via Task Manager… I logged out previously and trying to login & find this as a display on the screen…

    Hi Sriram,

    The issue seems to have occurred if the Studio wasn’t closed properly. For e.g. if the system or Studio got stuck, and either the system was hard-booted or the program was force closed. Our backend team has released your license/login session you should be able to login now. Please let us know if you still face this issue.

    Thank you for taking out time & bringing this to our notice. Our team is already working on this issue for our next release.

    I do have a question though, every time the studio closes forcefully would i be facing this issue…?

    Hi Sriram,

    If the Studio is closed forcefully, without logging out, then you will face this issue.Otherwise, it won’t come.Also, in next release you will not see this issue as our team is already working on it.
