Posted by Kirti on May 20, 2021 at 2:09 pmHello guys, I’m new at the whole Automation world so I just wanted to get a clear idea from actual developers and users about how things are done in day-to-day automation activities

Hey, Kirti!
I am also a rookie in the automation industry. But I think day-to-day activities performed by individuals such as sorting and responding to emails, posting on social media, scanning documents, proofreading documents, filling online forms, etc. can be easily automated.

Thanks, you have great knowledge for a rookie

I do agree with what Sakshi mentioned but I think there is a lot more to it.
The main difference between traditional automation and RPA is that it can be used at a User Interface level.
Because of this, there is immense potential with RPA.For Example, in a Hospital entire processes like admission of patients in a hospital, allotting beds to them, assigning doctors based on their availability can be automated using RPA.
It literally saves lives.

Definitely! the implementation of RPA in the healthcare sector is a win-win situation. Especially in unprecedented times like these, it is imperative to build a robust healthcare system. Considering the rising cases in India, the medical staff is not enough to attend to every patient. Automation is a game-changer in the healthcare industry. The bots can do all the manual and repetitive work such as scheduling appointments, invoicing, etc., thus, enabling the medical staff to focus on the patients.
