The most significant data breach in companies happens when individuals share their passwords and have no control over who is using them. Current RPA tools require Business Users to share credentials with Developers while automating their processes. Once shared with developers, there is no control of any malicious intent by an individual. Additionally, once the automation is completed, continually changing passwords as per security policies becomes a challenge, and BoTs may fail.

In Aiwozo’s intelligent automation, we have implemented a token-based/time-based method of setting up credentials. The password of any credential is requested by a developer but is set by the business user, without any view of the developer. Business Users then provide a token for use by the developer, hence only authorized developers can use a specific credential.

Business Users can set reminder structures to ensure security policy is maintained, and the password gets updated as required.
